Our full name is Beth Ann Vanek This Means War Against Breast Cancer and we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping breast cancer survivors with their lost wages and out-of-pocket medical expenses that are not covered by insurance.
Our name comes from the mantra of co-founder Beth Ann Vanek (pictured front left), who chose to not let the fear and worry surrounding her breast cancer diagnosis at age 30 sabotage her journey to wellness.
This Means War's Board of Directors are (back row, from left to right) Cass, Ken, Kelli, Connie, and (front row) Beth Ann and Chuck.
